An interactive instructional & hands-on educational class led by Chef Jake & his team. You will have fun learning dozens of shortcuts, techniques & tricks of the professionals including knife skills. Learn & laugh with our personable chefs on how to pick out the best ingredients & curate them into a unique finished dish. This is an action packed experience that only The Chef and I can deliver to you with our award winning talented chefs. Everything from picking, peeling & efficiently processing an ingredient to how to not cry while chopping onions.
